Hugh Archipow

Chef Hugh Archipow grew up in Guelph, Ontario and moved to Western Canada in 1999 where he has worked in Canmore, Banff,  Lake Louise and Panorama. Hugh joined the Angus McToogle clan in the summer of 2006 and has brought not only his passion for cooking but his thoughtful leadership to the McToogle’s kitchen.

Hugh likes to think of Canmore, Banff, Lake Louise, Golden and the Windermere Valley as one big community and has many friends  throughout the region.

He is a keen golfer and enjoys the great choice of courses we have in the area.
